STONECREST, October 12, 2021 -- Stonecrest Resorts, LLC, a real estate company created to repurpose vacant real estate at the Mall at Stonecrest, announced today the closing on the sale of the former Sears building located at the Mall at Stonecrest, for approximately $2.1 million. The 15.1-acre parcel, which includes two buildings totaling 142,000 square feet, was purchased from the city of Stonecrest Urban Redevelopment Authority.
